Menteng Park is in Cikini (Menteng) about 75 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout (Bunderan HI). I wouldn’t say it is in a very strategic location, but it has the advantage of being in a quiet neighborhood with a relatively easy access to the city center.

The highlight of Menteng Park’s location is the proximity with Taman Ismail Marzuki (Jakarta’s Cultural Center), where you can find a XXI cinema, a planetarium, galleries, theatres, a plaza, and a lot of good street food. If you have kids, you can use it as a sort of public park. It is literally next door as you can enter it from the rear gate on Jalan Sekolah Seni.

The fastest access from Menteng Park Apartment to Bundaran HI MRT (3.5 km) is via ride-hailing apps (Gojek/Grab), taking approximately 10 minutes. To reach Dukuh Atas MRT (5 km), you can walk 10 minutes to Cikini KRL Station (0.8 km), take the train to Sudirman Station, and then walk to the integrated MRT entrance. For TransJakarta (Busway) access, the Cikini Halt is just a 5-minute walk (500 meters) from the apartment.
